WPC exterior wall panel is an outdoor wall decoration board made of wood plastic composite, widely used for building facades, courtyard walls, balcony parapets, shop fronts and commercial exteriors. It is also known as outdoor WPC wall panel, outdoor wood plastic wall cladding, WPC exterior cladding and exterior wall cladding.

The panel is composed of 40% PE, 40% calcium powder, 5% wood powder and 15% other additives. It is formaldehyde-free and combines the look of wood with the dimensional stability of the composite. Surfaces are available in wood grain, fluted and square-tube profiles, suitable for continuous cladding and articulated zoning across large facades.

The specification range is complete: panel widths of 148mm, 156mm, 220mm and 245mm, thicknesses of 21mm, 26mm and 33.5mm, a standard length of 2900mm that can be customized for projects, and weights from about 1.6kg/m to 3.9kg/m. Narrow panels suit fine fluted lines and corner detailing, while wider and square-tube profiles reduce seams and strengthen the visual massing of the facade, allowing selection according to wall height, design module and structural load.

Installation uses a batten-and-clip dry-fixing method. First install and fix the battens on the wall at 300–350mm center spacing, leaving about a 10mm expansion gap between the battens and the wall or fixed objects, and 5–10mm gaps at batten joints to prevent buckling from thermal movement. Fix the first panel with a starter clip or by side drilling, then slide dedicated connection clips into the grooves and lock them to the battens with screws, working panel by panel. Leave a 3–5mm expansion gap where panels meet end to end. Always pre-drill before driving screws, with a hole diameter of about three quarters of the screw diameter, to avoid cracking. At the end, cut the final panel lengthwise, fix it by side drilling, and finish exposed edges with an L-shaped edge trim or WPC edge clip, fixed with a screw every 300mm.

After installation, wash off construction dust with warm soapy water. WPC requires no painting or waxing, and routine rinsing with clean water keeps the appearance, resulting in low long-term maintenance.

Panels are packed in inner cartons with optional outer pallets for long-distance transport. Each pack contains 3–6 pieces, with 20GP loading of about 1113–3588 pieces and 40HQ of about 2430–5926 pieces; exact figures are available per specification to help with container and freight planning.
