WPC interior wall panel is an interior wall decoration board made of wood plastic composite, widely used for living room feature walls, bedroom walls, TV backgrounds, corridors and commercial interiors. It is also known as WPC fluted wall panel, wood plastic composite wall cladding, eco wood wall panel, 3D decorative WPC slat panel and TV background WPC wall board.

The panel is composed of 40% PVC, 40% calcium powder, 5% wood powder and 15% additives. It is formaldehyde-free and combines the look of wood with the dimensional stability of PVC. Surfaces are available in wood grain, fluted, rounded and wave profiles, with matching corner trims, columns and ceiling beams for a consistent style throughout a project.

The product range is complete, covering fluted and slatted panels, flat-joint panels, rounded profiles, solid heavy-duty panels, U-groove panels, wave-textured panels and wide 400mm and 600mm boards, which can be combined according to wall scale and design depth. The accessories form a complete system as well: corner trims measure 25×25mm; columns are available from 40×50mm, 50×50mm, 75×50mm, 100×50mm and 150×50mm up to 180×80mm; and ceiling beams come in 60×40mm, 60×50mm, 90×50mm and 100×50mm, so walls, partitions and ceilings can be supplied in one coordinated package.

The specification range is flexible: panel widths from 147mm to 600mm, thicknesses from 8mm to 30mm, a standard length of 2900mm that can be customized for projects, and weights from about 530g/m to 3200g/m. Narrow panels suit fine fluted lines and corner detailing, while wide boards reduce seams and improve visual continuity and installation efficiency over large areas, allowing selection according to wall height, design depth and budget.

Installation uses construction adhesive together with stainless steel clips, with a tongue-and-groove joint and no special tools required. First level the wall and remove dust, cut the panels to wall height and leave a 2–3mm expansion gap at the top. Place the first panel against the corner, check it is vertical with a spirit level, apply adhesive in a zigzag pattern on the back, insert stainless steel clips into the side grooves and fix with air nails. Then insert the tongue of the next panel into the groove of the previous one at an angle, push it flat and lock it, and repeat to the end. Finally finish the corners and edges with L-shaped or flat trims. Make sure the wall is flat, dry and free of dust before installation; if it is seriously uneven, install wooden battens or 9mm plywood first.

Panels are packed in three-layer or five-layer reinforced cartons for long-distance transport. Pieces per pack and 20GP / 40HQ loading quantities are available on request to help with container and freight planning.
