PS wall panel is a new type of interior wall decoration material. It is mainly made of polystyrene (PS), which accounts for more than 90% of the content, with the remaining about 10% being functional additives – all produced with 100% virgin material. As no adhesive is used during production, the panel is formaldehyde-free, and its recyclability rate reaches as high as 92%, fitting well with the concept of green building and sustainable development.

PS wall panel performs outstandingly: the polystyrene molecular structure itself does not absorb water, and combined with seamless jointing between panels, it delivers excellent waterproof and moisture-proof performance that effectively reduces the risk of wall mildew – making it an ideal choice for bathroom dry areas and kitchen walls. The board is lightweight and modular by design, so it can be easily cut, joined and installed without complex tools. Its surface is treated with a UV coating, which provides good wear resistance, impact resistance and color retention; a simple wipe keeps it clean.

PS wall panel is widely used in interior decoration such as living room feature walls, bedrooms, corridors, offices and commercial stores. Its smooth surface is acid- and alkali-resistant and does not easily collect dust, making cleaning easy and meeting the hygiene requirements of places like hospitals and schools. Please note that PS wall panel is an indoor-specific material and is not recommended for outdoor environments with long-term UV exposure.

For decoration, PS wall panel uses molding technology with a surface transfer film process to realistically simulate natural textures such as wood grain, stone and brushed metal. With a wide variety of styles and rich color options, it can match different interior styles.

A very wide specification range is offered – 97 models in total: panel width from 108mm to 310mm, thickness from 5mm to 31mm, standard length of 2.9m and customizable, and weight of about 290–950g per meter. Depending on the wall condition, the panel can be installed with glue-free adhesive or on wooden/light steel battens. The panels are packed in corrugated cartons with EPE foam between boards to prevent scratching, and pallet/wooden crate reinforcement is available for LCL or special orders. Container loading data (20GP/40HQ) is available for every model to help you plan freight and loading.
