Special-shaped acoustic wall panel, also known as shaped acoustic panel, is an interior wall material that combines irregular 3D shapes with sound absorption. It is mainly made of MDF and polyester fiber, with an E0 grade environmental rating, making it a great fit for living rooms, bedrooms, studies and other indoor spaces where both visual effect and a quiet atmosphere are expected.

Unlike flat acoustic boards, special-shaped acoustic panels stand out with their sculpted geometry. The full series covers 28 designs: single-shape panels such as hexagon, honeycomb, polygon, triangle, rhombus, sector, water droplets, cross and semi-circular arc, plus combined patterns such as triangle combination, nine-square grid, straight stripes, herringbone, wave and vase. Different shapes can be arranged freely at any rhythm to create layered, personalized feature walls with a strong sense of depth.

A wide range of sizes is covered: the panel thickness is available in 18mm and 21mm; small shaped panels start at about 300×300mm (the smallest is about 260×300mm), common square panels are 600×600mm, medium and large irregular panels such as polygon and water droplets range from about 645×695mm to 665×810mm, and long slat panels of 600×2400mm or 540×2400mm are also offered – suitable for feature walls, accent areas and large wall surfaces alike.

Installation is flexible and proven: start from the wall corner or the bottom, and fix the panels with a nail gun (driven diagonally into the batten through the tongue groove), with special clips, or with structural silicone glue applied directly on the wall; the flat-edge panels should be tightly joined; corners can be finished with dedicated angle trims or by cutting panel edges at 45 degrees; and a 5–10mm expansion gap at the top and skirting is recommended. The wall should be flat, dry, firm and clean, and the tools needed are screws, an electric drill, a glue gun, a level and an electric saw.

The panels are packed with shrink wrap plus cartons, with 2, 4 or 10 pieces per pack depending on the model. Container loading data is available for every model (common 600×600mm panels load about 3132 pieces per 20GP and 7524 pieces per 40HQ), making freight planning straightforward.
